Sewer and Water 

Prior to hooking up your water, a $100.00 meter deposit and $25.00 connection fee is required. Currently, sewer rate is $14.00/month. Charges for water usage are $23.00 minimum per month. This charge covers 6000 gallons of water – with $8.50/gallon over the 6000. An infrastructure surcharge of $40.00 and $53.70 garbage pick-up per quarter is added to all utility bills. 

Utility bills are invoiced quarterly in January, April, July and October. Payment is due within thirty days after the billing date. Overdue accounts are charged $15.00 and overdue accounts will be disconnected with a $25.00 fee to reconnect during office hours and $50.00 after hours.
